INTERNATIONAL YOUTH PEACE CAMP
Youth UNESCO CLub is excited to announce International Youth Peace Camp in Dolakha from 10th April to 14th April 2013.
About Program
This Camp is 1st International Youth Peace Camp and is part UNESCO Youth Peace Festival and will be celebrated in 12 nations including Nepal .This camp is a 5day learning and sharing opportunity for young students and professionals, peace-builders and advocates from different parts of world and developed as platform to learn Asian culture .
Objectives of the program
Objectives:
- To form an international platform for young people to initiate collective actions and hence in community level.
- To declare youth voices and aspirations as a International Youth Declaration on Peace
- To educate and empower young people to be non-violence change makers of the society and build the local capacities for peace.
- To facilitate exchange of ideas and sharing of techniques and practices on regional, national and international level forum and again.
- Regional and global peace.
Scope of the program
As the program has being conducted worldwide and is going to be held for the first time in Nepal .we expect it will be great helpful our youth to established good relationship among youths of other south Asian countries .it will help youths make strong commitment and strive together for global peace. Furthermore, this will be an opportunity for participants to learn from the experiences of conflict and peace-building from their fellow delegates, and to listen to lectures on environmental peace, transgenerational peace, culture of peace and human dignity, and on building schools of peace.
Target age group
The main target age group of the program will be from 16-29 age groups of youths and will be included as a youth participant, Applicants above 29 will be welcomed as a observer .(Irrespective of age, anybody embodied with youth spirit will be welcome to camp.

Date: April 10-14 2013
Venue: Charikot,Dolakha
Accommodation and Meals:
Camp Stay: April 10-14 2013
(5 nights) accommodation will be provided in hotel of dolakha.
Meals: Simple 3 vegetarian meals (BF/Lunch/Dinner) will be provided starting from evening tea & dinner on
April 10-14 2013 at the camp.
Mini-Shops will be available at Campsite for participants needs to buy soft drinks, food items, sanitary items and souvenir items.
Registration Fee for Nepali national:
Nepali participants : NP Rs :3500
Registration Fee for International Participants
International participants: USD 125
